Eliminating the Carbs
Since I have started my diet I am basically cutting back on things that I love the most that are not necessary great for me... One of the many things I love is bread... So I came up with a lunch that includes meat, cheese and lettuce but no bread a turkey and cheese lettuce wrap... Dieting doesn't have to be too much to bare just a slight cut back from your regular intake and some working out in your home or in the gym...

to be honest i neva was the work out type but i do feel u on this my eating habits are horrible
Yeah even if you dont want to hit the gym try to do half of the job by eating right trust me it can catch up to you later and cause severe health issues...
